From vegan muesli bowls to French toast with a sea buckthorn-orange sauce, and international specialties like roast beef on homemade focaccia with truffle cream, we offer a delightful array of dishes.

The ingredients are first-class and mainly come from regional producers such as WeideEi. After all, a high-end breakfast needs high-end products.

We prioritize quality ingredients, mainly sourced from regionproducers like WeideEi. Our commitment to excellence extends to our coffee, hand-roasted in Berlin-Kreuzberg at the small, local BONANZA Roastery, and a curated selection of teas, champagne, wine, cocktails, freshly squeezed juices, and homemade lemonades.

The Makers

Frühstück 3000 is the brainchild of Martin Pöller and Lukas Mann, professional restaurateurs with a passion for breakfast. With experience from top gastronomy establishments, they bring their expertise to create a breakfast experience unlike any other.

Martin studied hotel management at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski and then worked in gourmet restaurants such as the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, the Mardavall Resort on Mallorca and the Grill Royal. Head chef Lukas has worked as head pastry chef and sous chef at the two-star restaurant Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer and at The Ritz-Carlton.
