WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

1.COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, smartphone or tablet through our website and stored by your browser. Cookies are also used as part of Google Analytics (see below).

2.IP TRACKING

Your IP address is only recorded by us in shortened form. This makes it impossible for us to identify your Internet connection. For the collection of IP addresses by Google Analytics, please see below. IP tracking enables us to record the calls to individual pages of our website as well as the number of different users.

NEWSLETTER

With our newsletters we inform you about our restaurants, promotions from us and our offers. If you want to receive the newsletter, we need a valid email address from you. This will only be used for sending the newsletter and will not be given to third parties. Registration for the newsletter is done via OpenTable or via our website using the so-called double opt-in process, which means that when you register for the newsletter, you will first receive a non-promotional confirmation email, which you must confirm by clicking on the link contained in the email.

Only then do we start sending you newsletters from time to time. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the email address as well as its use for sending the newsletter at any time. The revocation can be done via a link in the newsletters themselves or by sending a message to our email address above.

We store your name and email address for sending the newsletter and, in addition, the IP address from which you registered to receive the newsletter. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a), i.e. based on your consent, as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

We store your data until you have unsubscribed from the newsletter or have requested the deletion of your data in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses a so-called “cookie”, which is a text file that is stored on your computer and enables an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated the IP anonymization offered by Google on the website, as a result of which your IP address will generally be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. We use Google Analytics for the purpose of demand-oriented design and optimization of our website. We use the collected data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU DSGVO. The data collected via Google Analytics will be deleted by us after 3 years.

RESERVISION

To carry out an order, you must enter the data marked with an asterisk as mandatory data. We process this data for the purpose of carrying out your order and for the necessary communication with you (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The telephone number is important for the order process in case there are any queries regarding the order. The provision of further data may be helpful for the processing of your order, but is not mandatory (voluntary information).

We use this data exclusively for the purposes mentioned. We do not pass on this data to third parties or other companies, unless they are commissioned to perform a service relevant to the contract. We delete your data with the complete execution of the contract after the expiration of the retention periods under tax and commercial law.

Our interest in maintaining an effective reservation management and optimizing reservations from a business point of view is to be regarded as a legitimate interest.

If no contractual relationship exists or is established between you and us, the information you provide will be deleted as soon as your request has been completed. If a contractual relationship is established, your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond that for the duration of legal retention periods and then deleted.

NO FORWARDING TO THIRD PARTIES

Unless otherwise stipulated in this data protection declaration, we do not forward any of your data to third parties, in particular not for advertising or marketing purposes.
